Hi Brooke,
coming home from a busy work day often feels like I need something to relax first thing. Formerly I often started to binge. I don’t do that anymore but have several cups of hot water (an ayurvedic thing). This feels extremely good and relaxing to me and also takes away hunger (I’m fasting in the evenings on weekdays). But watching several videos on buffering I thought: Maybe I shouldn’t drink the water but sit with the feeling of being not relaxed? Thanks for your input.
