This is my first month and I’m doing the daily exercise. I want to know if I am working the model correctly. Here is an example of what I’m working on:
Unintentional Thought Model
C I waste time when I should be working
T I “need” to check my phone periodically (game, Facebook, etc)
F avoiding a task out of boredom or uncertainty
A I spend time “screwing around” when I should do my tasks
R I don’t get all my goals met.
Intentional Thought Model
C I am expected to complete the tasks I am assigned
T I can focus my attention on the right things
F proud, accomplished
A I work consistently to do my absolute best work
R I am efficient and reliable in my job
