I’m not counting calories but I’m pretty sure I’m eating less than 1200 on some days. Is that okay? I know Brooke said it’s okay to lose muscle and fat and that it’s okay to lose weight quickly, but I want to be healthy too. I’m eating 2 meals a day between 12 and 8 and I’m scared to eat too much but I’m scared to eat too little also. I’m also reading “The Obesity Code,” which is so far making it seems like calories aren’t supposed to be taken into account but it goes against everything I’ve been taught, which is why I’m checking in. Thanks!
