Am I fat adapted?


Hi, I started the weight loss program this month. I stopped flour and sugar. I am intermittent fasting with one meal – usually vegetables and protein at 5 pm.
I do not feel hungry throughout the day, which is very good because it cut out a lot of food drama while at work. Initially, I did have dizziness and headaches for the first three days, but no more.
1. Does this mean I am fat adapted?
2. I have only lost 3-4 pounds in the past 3 weeks (I frankly thought it would be more and faster!)
