I eliminated sugar 8 weeks ago and then eliminated flour and snacking 4 weeks ago. Then about 2 weeks ago I started Intermittent Fasting by waiting to eat until lunch (between 11:30 and 12:30. Many days the waves of hunger are gentle and come and go and I feel it and remember that being hungry is okay because my body has a lot of fuel! It has been working beautifully and I am losing weight quickly and most of the time I am feeling great. However, I am noticing that a couple of days this week the hunger didn’t want to subside before lunch and then came on early for dinner. It was definitely physical. Today I am back to not being hungry. So am I fat adapted or could I be doing something that might be causing an issue?
