Am I in starvation mode?


How do you know if you’ve gone into starvation mode? I’ve been eating on protocol but realized I was eating too few vegetables with my second meal (eating 4oz of protein with 8oz of veg instead of 14oz of veg). I eat at 12pm and 5pm. I weigh 134 and I’m 5’8″ and have been following the protocol for a week. I felt tired but ok until today when I’ve been feeling really lethargic and am having trouble concentrating at work. I’m worried that I’ve pushed it too far but maybe this is just part of getting fat adapted? Thanks for your guidance.
