Am I in the right relationship?


I keep having negative thoughts about my new relationship. I’m struggling to see all the positive things in my new boyfriend. My thought downloads include thoughts like:

  • I don’t want to see him tonight
  • I want time to myself
  • I don’t want to have sex
  • I’m not physically attracted to him
  • I need a break

I don’t understand why I’m choosing not to love and appreciate everything about him. Can you coach me through this?
