Am I massively acting ?

This is my first month at SCS and I am totally commuting to overeating project – doing everything you suggest – IF, protocol , food journaling , thought download , urge observation .
No drastic changes yet but feeling that I am getting there . I constantly ask for your help in other asiignment – workbook on purpose , because I want to absorbs and do everything not passively , but massively .
You mentioned few times “sit back “, “relaxer”, concentrate on one .
My weight goal is 125 far away from where I currently am 148 today .
Is it enough of massive action ? How can I do both productively ? My mind is all in my overeating . But time is ticking .
