I am doing the How To Change Your Past exercises. I’m in the section where I take something from yesterday that wasn’t great and rewrite it. For 2 days in a row now I have not completed things that were on my calendar because I was having fun doing something else. In my rewrites I told myself it was ok not to do those things because they either weren’t critical to get done that day or I learned a lot from what I DID do. Isn’t that just excusing not getting stuff done you had planned? Thanks.
