I’m 5′ 4″ and 107 lbs. I feel like my weight is ok but I keep questioning myself on this. I’d like to tighten up my tummy and I go back and forth between either wanting to lose 2 – 3 more lbs or just concentrating on finding a workout that will help tighten my abs. I think I want to lose a couple more pounds just because it’s such a point of focus on SCS and I want to participate. I am doing yoga and pilates and eating on protocol consistently and my weight is staying at 107 without much effort. I love my body and feel confident in a bikini so I don’t think it’s a matter of needing to work on my thoughts around my body. I feel that I want to lose more weight because everyone else is wanting to lose weight. What model can I do to get clarity on this?
