I’m on maintenance. I eat planned food. Most of it is no flour no sugar. I eat 2 meals a day lunch and dinner. Some of the food items are creating drama for me. Some items are pure fuel food and some I’ll crave as I’ve past associations. I know how I feel when I have fuel food. Whereas I feel as if I’m cheating when I’ve drama items. They are good fuel for my system, they are not flour or sugar. I don’t tend to overeat it. How do I disassociate drama from these food items as I want to feel indifference to them?
