AM- I work only two days a week and choose to fast on those two days.


AM- I work only two days a week and choose to fast on those two days. I have coffee with cream in morning and a full on protocol dinner. I drink ample water all day. At work I bring 2.5 oz of mixed nuts and eat them when I get hungry and have a break. It satisfies my hunger- I feel good waiting for dinner-it’s easy for times I can’t even get a break- and after those two days I often see the scale slide down. Is there a reason this isn’t a good idea?
