I kept thinking that the neighbors were bleaching something today but then I realized that the smell comes from me.
I have a smell of ammonia!
I googled and apparently it is too love carbs and too much protein?
I am eating vegs – although yesterday I did not have potatoes just carrots beans etc type of veg.
Will it be okay to continue? I just did a 16 hour fast. I feel fine.
