Can you help me understand why reduced flour won’t work? Also, you mentioned in your reply to give it up completely for the first two weeks. . .here’s what you said . . . “Reduced flour won’t work. I would rather you give up just sugar and flour completely for the first few weeks. Moderation doesn’t work. Three meals and no snacking and no sugar/flour is a good start.”
Does that mean after a few weeks I could have some flour after I’m fat adapted? I know you categorize all flour the same, but just want to mention that I’m talking about whole grain flour . . .not white flour if that matters.
