I knew I would be seeing an ex and I dared myself to do it without putting on makeup or changing my outfit (I was essentially in sweats). I had a little wave of anxiety beforehand but I stayed strong, and during and after the visit I felt so confident and liberated. I felt like I don’t have to prove anything to anyone. Love these dares 🙂
