Your answer to the question “What if you really don’t want to have a positive thought about something?”

Thank you for answering that question. Your answer helped me understand this process even more, and because I am a therapist who works with many people who have been hurt/ abused in so many ways, and have suffered in unimaginable ways, it was enlightening to read what you had to say. I love your compassion for all people, and your acceptance of suffering as a part of life – there is a certain freedom that comes with those thoughts and feelings. Thank you so much for the journey you have invited each of us to go on with you! (Since this is not a question, I will totally understand if you do not put it on the page – but I wanted to say thank you).
