I recently did a feeling exercise where I got really clear on what anxiety felt like in my body. I described it in detail and became really present to the sensation of anxiety in my body…..and now I realize that I actually experience that sensation a lot throughout my day. When I notice that vibration in my body now, I am like, “oh, there it is again. That is interesting. I wonder why I am feeling that vibration right now.” Sometimes I can clearly see how my current thoughts are creating anxiety in my body. However, other times I cannot (at least not yet). I have heard Brooke mention she wakes up everyday feeling anxiety in her body. So I am wondering, is there always a thought that creates the anxiety? Or is it also part physiological?
