When Brooke says she wakes up with anxiety, does that mean she’s having a thought right before she feels anxious? Or is it a chemical imbalance in the brain that causes that anxiety? Or do we have no idea? lol I used to wake up with anxiety most mornings and then there was a long period of time where I didn’t and now I’ve been waking up with anxiety the last few weeks and I’m curious about this morning anxiety. Is all anxiety caused by a thought? Or some anxiety caused by chemical imbalance in the brain? Both? And how do I know what’s true for me? Why do some mornings I have anxiety right away when I wake up and then periods of time where I don’t? I coach on anxiety too so am interested in this for myself as well as to share with my clients. Thank you. 🙂
