Anxiety and insomnia

I recently made the decision to move my family abroad for a year to pursue a dream/goal. I’m very excited but my brain is freaking out and I’m feeling much more anxiety during the day and am also having a hard time sleeping at night because my thoughts keep racing. I keep trying to think the thought “I am capable of handling this” which does make me feel more at ease, but my body seems to still be on high alert, i.e. heart pounding, can’t sleep. Any ideas on how to get my body to calm down?
