Anxiety and OCD

Hi Brooke,

I am excited to have just signed up for Scholars! I was inspired by your Thought Loops podcast to join. After years of thinking there is something wrong with me because I have allowed anxiety and OCD behaviors to interfere too often in my life (since childhood), I finally feel like there is a way to manage those thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have never been diagnosed with anxiety or OCD, but they have certainly been factors that have slowed me down and effected my productivity and growth. I have made some progress by having a session with one of your coaches and practicing on my own, but I know that daily thought management will help tremendously. I also am inspired by your own story of anxiety and look forward to achieving amazing things in Scholars!
