Anxiety Model

Hi Brooke,

I can feel the anxiety coming on.

I did this model:
C First day of work
T lots to do
F anxious/ overwhelm
A Model
R Try to accept

I am trying not resist the emotion and acknowledge that my feeling makes sense . I don’t know how to re-model my feelings…I am trying to change my thought to “lots of opportunity for growth” (which I believe) but how is this compatible with accepting my anxious feeling?
