In one of the answers in Ask a Coach, the coach wrote, “The Model works because we can put anything we want in our Result Line and go about creating it.”

What if the result is a specific job that depends on a hiring committee?

If I were to answer that question myself, I would say the result line should be a feeling not something tangible or real and I think the job will get me that feeling.

So can results be tangible or determined by others?
