When I first saw this as a topic my thought was, “Oh that’s not a big or interesting one” OMG! NO!
What’s amazing about this program is learning from others. I try to read most questions from others and your answers. When I do that it sets off bells in my head for my own stuff. It was probably the easiest HW exercise I’ve done this month because it was so easy to answer the questions. I didn’t realize how much apathy I’ve had in so many of my relationships and with food as well. Thank you for the podcast and thanks to everyone out there that is helping me!!
