I’ve been listening to your podcast for a few months and the ones that resonated were apathy, self pity and depression. I just joined this month and am looking forward to a year of change! For my impossible goal I wanted to address my ‘consume all but take no action’ syndrome. I’m wondering if this is too broad and encompasses too much… cause for me this spans weight loss, scheduling, planning, relationships, confidence etc. Pretty much all the topics you will cover month by month next year. I am scheduled for a tutoring session this week, so I’m sure I’ll gain some insight there. I’d love your input to guide me on how best to proceed with this line of thinking.
