This month is challenging because time is a non issue for me which I have mentioned here before. So I’m going to tempt it but I think I’m going to redo February. I found it helpful as to what is really going on in my head. So I’m here mostly for OD and maybe OE. So can my goal be for the month to stick to my drinking protocol no matter what and work the logistic of that into my daily scheudule including doing the scholars work towards that goal incorporated into it. Also, if I wanted to attempt a food protocol as well could I do both? I want it to be about making a decision for how I will lead my day with these goals in mind and work and sticking to it no matter what.
