April Goal


It’s my first month with SCS. I’m wondering about goal setting for april and setting a Focused goal. There are a few things I’d like to work on, so I’m not sure about how to set a measurable goal. For example, I’d like to build better (deeper, more meaningful) relationships with my family and friends, I’d like to stop overeating, I’d like to come to terms with anxiety so it doesn’t get in my way so much…

The only one that seems really measurable is the overeating. So is setting a weight loss goal for the month appropriate for this month’s homework?
