April Homework – I already do this…

I’ve been doing the April homework daily but I feel like it’s starting to “interfere” with my own system that I’ve been using for awhile. I have a job that requires a lot of scheduling (and adjusting), has quite a bit of travel (that has to be scheduled and adjusted sometimes), a small child, a husband, a social life, hobbies and time for taking care of myself (exercise, relaxing, etc.) – like everyone I have “days” but they are few and far between and it’s rare that I don’t get things accomplished that I want to. The daily homework feels like a duplicate of what I’ve been doing only it’s taking up time that it didn’t before (NOT the thought downloads, those are great). I want to get the most I can out of this program so I’m looking for either a different angle for the scheduling homework or maybe I’m missing something? Here’s a quick model (I tried not to over think it)

C: April scheduling homework
T: this is double work for me, I have my daily schedule set up already and it’s working
F: not motivated to do the scheduling piece but I’m going to miss out on something I should be learning
A: do the thought download but ignore scheduling part
R: chatter in my head that you didn’t do your best with the homework
