April Homework still a bit confused

Since I do my homework in the evening, I fill out the Plan for Day for the NEXT day. And I fill out the other sections for the CURRENT DAY. I’m not sure if this is the intention?

Also, I’m not too sure about what to put in the Thought Download section.
