1. Are the thought downloads supposed to be about the goal for the month (similar to the March downloads constrained to the one thing you want to believe) or just random thought downloads (similar to January homework)?
2. Is the plan for the day (and assessing the accomplishments) to include only the time for the actions relating to the goal for the month or is it to include everything you want to do that day- work/eating/free time/commuting etc?
