Hi Brooke, totally loving scholars and so glad that I agree with your “weight loss philosophy”. (I’m a physician turned health coach and I know there’s so much conflicting information out there.) I’ve just listened to your webinar “fat adaptation” and am curious about how similar this way of eating is to a ketogenic diet? (I know nothing about a ketogenic diet other than it uses ketogenesis.) I know on one level it’s not important but I like to have things clear in my mind! Did you ever do the webinar on “how to create your food protocol”? (You mention it at the end of the webinar.) Looking forward to meeting you one day (which will be a big deal for me as I live in Spain.)
