Are Feelings Enough Of A Reason

My husband and I are two different people when it comes to how we make decisions. He is a logical thinker, I feel my way through life. It’s been revolutionary to work through the model and notice that if I feel something is right it’s backed up by a thought. Not something unreliable, airy fairy. So for example, when talking about joining scholars, I couldn’t answer the question “Is this really going to help you?” I just felt it was right. This morning I tried to model it out and came up with a lot of thoughts why I would feel that way. My question is – is that the right interpretation of the model? For some reason I had previously thought the model was for figuring out negative emotions, not necessarily intuitive or positive ones. Thanks so much.
