Are healthy smoothies concentrated food?


I often have a smoothie for breakfast containing:
– mashed pumpkin, powedered greens supplement, blueberries (fruit and veggies)
– Collagen powder/hemp seeds or hemp powder (protein)
– Chia seeds, coconut yoghurt and avocado

Wondering if the process of blending it into a smoothie makes it a concentrated food and therefore a no no?

I guess I have the same question regarding pureed food/soups? If I put beans and veggies in a soup and blend up with stock, have the beans essentially become flour??
