Have you noticed more questions about maintaining goal weight? I have, and I will make that mean that SCS has been so successful in helping us all get there. Yay!!!
My question is around what our body does when we Intermittent Fast and what we ‘dine in’ on during our fasting period. I love IF and drink 2 coffee during my fast in the morning with coconut oil. I think to maintain, I will continue to do that. And just increase portions a bit on other meals to maintain, my plan is to only increase portions of chicken / plain Greek yogurt and fruit. I do not plan on increasing food with sugar. That only increase urges which I find too difficult to manage.
