Ate A Few Of The Things I Wasn’t Supposed To

Hi trying to reframe the negative thoughts for making a few off plan choices tonight I wasn’t stressed too much and was having a dinner out. Ordered chciken satay – wasn’t sure if sauce had flour and whether cucumber salad had sugar. Then had a few spoons of coconut icecream and half of mango sticky rice. Now feeling like I over ate and the negative thoughts about failure are increasing
