I feel like I’m making great progress in all areas of my life. My weight is on track, my drinking is on track, my kids are doing great, my business is successful. One reason for this is because I have ‘automated’ much of my life. My food choices no longer require any thinking because I automatically only buy what foods are part of my protocol. My savings plan is automated with automatic transfers. This makes me feel like I’m not ‘doing’. It feels boring. Does this mean I should add a new goal and fill my time? I feel like I’m looking at this all wrong but I’m missing something.
