In the morning I only drink coffee and then eat my first meal at 2pm. Sometimes I feel irritating hunger that comes and goes but it disturbs me at work a little. I know I can handle it but I am not sure if it should be like that. You said that eating fat would help with that feeling so I have a question if avocado (guacamole) or a full hand of nuts could be this fat or it would break my fasting? I really can’t imagine drinking olive oil, cream eating butter.
