Avoiding the Feeling Rejection :-(


Hi,

I recently got coached on my own Unintentional Model around my value to help people as a coach. During the session, I discovered that rejection is in my way. I’m avoiding the feeling as best I can. The coach recommended I put the feeling rejection in the C line to investigate more. Below is what I’ve come up with. I could use some help seeing any other Rs I could be missing, and to also stop avoiding rejection 🙂

C: Rejection
T: I’m not important and what I want doesn’t matter
F: betrayed
A: shrink back, run away, reject other people as well, I might even reject them first so I can beat them to it. I go to take an action that does make me feel important
R: I look for evidence that I’m not important, I stay avoiding rejection, I reject myself
