How can I get better at doing B- work? I think the answer is by doing, but I am so uncomfortable when I don’t do my work perfectly (eg. posting in my Facebook group). I spend so much time trying to do it “right” and be the most useful and impactful with my comments and posts that everything takes way longer than I give it.

How can I get better at doing B- work? And do you have any great thoughts to offer to help me there?
