B- Work In A Bakery

Hello coaches! I’m developing 20 recipes for a home bakery and recognize that perfectionism will delay how fast I can start offering value to my customers. I could keep testing recipes until perfection for weeks. So how do i do B- work here? Test it until it’s “edible”, “delicious”, “better than my competition”? Not sure how to choose my stopping point on a final recipe. Thank you! I’m starting this bakery because of the work I’ve done with SCS!!!
