Back-Door/Excuses


This scheduling model asks that we have integrity with our word so we can build trust with ourselves. However, I also see that it creates a back door for us to create excuses, for example:
– during Friday Hour Done we get to choose the 3 things that didn’t get done and reschedule them for the next week. Isn’t the entire point getting everything done we said we were going to get done? Why have an opportunity to reschedule?
