I have started working on September’s work, and am trying to figure out a back up plan if my work doesn’t get done. I am focusing it on weight loss and am wondering how to make a back up plan that doesn’t feel like a punishment. My first thought was , if I don’t get my work done, I will use my nothing time to get it done. The work being making a protocol, making a meal plan for each day, going shopping for those foods at the time I scheduled it, etc. does this sound like I’m on the right track? Also, when I get my protocol figured out, can I put on here and run it by you, just to make sure I am going in the right direction with it?
