I have been working on staying On my eating plan for months with some success. This month I have been focusing on treating myself with more compassion and love. I have stopped feeling bad and beating myself up when I go off plan. How will this help me get to my goal of staying on plan forever? What is the balance between being OK and loving toward your actions when you went off plan and actually staying on plan? It’s a big relief to not feel deep regret in anger when I go off plan but will this help me toward my goal?
