I listen to your podcast on baseline. I am working on OD. I like this idea because its baby steps. Right now I can drink a bottle of wine a night and sometimes more on the weekends. If I started to begin using the baseline idea, and started with one out of seven nights I will not drink, how long until I up the number of nights not drinking. Lets say I am successful for the first week, do I up it then; should I take it really slow to eliminate too much failure; if I did eliminate drinking one night a week for a month and then each consecutive month eliminated another night, In 5 months I could be down to only drinking on weekends or if I choose then to keep going and not drink at all. What do you think about this?
