Be ready on time

On Sundays we have someone who volunteers to drive us to church. My husband is a Bishop and the church is 2 hours away
He tells the man to be at our home at 7am but is NEVER ready at 7. Last sunday the man came at the time when my husband is usually ready which is closer to 8 and my husband gets angry and decides to drive us. this made NO SENSE to me

C= Our driver arrives at 7 am
T = my husband shouldn’t tell him 7am because he is never ready on time and we don’t leave until closer to 8
F = annoyed
A= break food protocol
R = super annoyed and no weight loss

Desired Result= stay on my food protocol no matter how annoyed

I need help with being able to observe this situation sunday after sunday and hold on to thoughts aligned with the results I want to create
