Becoming Happier


I’m aware that most days I experience more negative than positive emotion and I’d like to work on creating more balance.

Since happier is a feeling, does it make sense to put it as the result line of an intentional model or can it only go in the F line?

Do you recommend that I focus more on creating more positive emotion on purpose, or on processing and reducing negative emotion?

I can get to feelings like gratitude and peace, but I struggle with finding thoughts that create feelings like joy or happiness. Do you have any suggestions for accessing emotions that we are not so experienced with?
