When I hear other people being coached,, everything makes so much sense. But then I get so lost with my own thoughts.
I find that when I start looking at my thoughts instead of just thinking them, I see immediately where the problem lies. Then I judge and dismiss my true thoughts and want to move on to new thoughts and it’s not really helping.
I just run in circles between how I think and how I think I should think.
My last coaching session was all over the place because I kept wanting to change my thoughts as soon as I spoke them out loud.
