Beginner


I have just completed the orientation and have started listening to the Stop Overeating work. I have hypothyroidism and already have a pretty strict protocol that I need to follow but have been mostly unsuccessful at maintaining. My question is, do I dive right into the full protocol or start with part of it and work my way up to the complete list of no foods? Also, do I start now or wait until I get through the entire Stop Overeating videos?
