Beginning the overeating program and how to go about it with my one on one coaching.


I have just started to delve into the overeating module, am a third of the way through the overeating workbook and have my first one on one coaching session tomorrow. I wanted to get the most out of the 20 minutes and wanted to ask if helping me through the workbook (especially advice on the protocol and thought patterns with sugar and flour), was something the one on one coaches do, or is it mainly a self coaching thing going through the workbook?

I am wanting to get the best I can with the coaching session so thought I’d ask in advance.
