Hi Brooke,
I’ve noticed that when I go off my eating plan (snacking while prepping food) I’ll tell myself “I’ll try again tomorrow” or something similar. I started doing this as opposed to beating myself up over the slip (it’s such a habit I feel like I do it before I even realize it) but now it almost feels like an “oh well-there’s always tomorrow so why bother sticking with the plan today”. I want to be kind to myself when I’m not perfect but also don’t want to let myself off the hook. Any ideas or thoughts?
