Being vs. Becoming

When I think of the woman I aspire to be, she is an accomplished author, who is slim, fit, well-groomed and successful.
The way I am being today is very different from what this woman does.
She doesn’t waste her time and energy thinking where she can get her next dopamine hit from sugar, she doesn’t consider skipping her exercise, and she is not enrolled to weight loss programs or keeping food logs.

After watching the Stop Overeating program, I see that I need to dedicate a lot of awareness, planning, and food journaling for the upcoming months.

All that I will be doing is not at all who that woman is.

How, then, should I address this being her vs. becoming her?
